Returns & Exchanges

At Trapo HEX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
